Q: I have a quick question, why can't you answer it by email/over the phone?

A: Immigration is complex, and every case is different.

It is not appropriate giving advice regarding a case without having reviewed it in depth with the individual involved.

Further Ryan Immigration Limited is a private company that is run off the fees from clients.

Q: Will you guarantee an outcome in my case?

A: No, our service is one of providing advice and preparation of applications/appeals/correspondences based on our expertise. We have no control over the outcomes of applications. Similarly we do not have any control over the departments time processing but will provide our full support until your application has been resolved.

The nature of the case, and known issues are explained and highlighted through the process, and the undertaking of the service is set out in quotation.

Q: Are you a solicitor?

A: No, Philip J. is not a legal professional.

He is a consultant, offering information and guidance on Irish immigration administration and related matters to individuals and businesses/organisations. This is based on his years working in the area and expertise developed and maintained through assisting in hundreds of successful applications to INIS, DFAT and DBEI.

While legal representation is appropriate and required in certain applications we believe our clear and capped fee structure and highly informed specialisation in Irish Immigration Administration makes our service an attractive and excellent value option.

Q: What should I bring to the meeting?

A: Your Passport, IRP card if available, and anything related to your case (Letters regarding  your issue e.g. school letters, employment contract, qualifications, marriage/birth certificates).

Q: Will you make representations or advocate on my behalf?

A: No, as Irish Immigration Consultancy is unregulated, we do not believe it is appropriate for consultants to take up such a role.

Our service is one of providing advice and preparation of applications / appeals/ correspondences based on our expertise and do not make direct representations. Philip J. is placed down as an agent where appropriate (Currently in Employment Permit and Visa applications).

As such all correspondence are prepared in the clients name, and all communication to their addresses.

Q: How much is your service?

A: Consultations in office or remote costs €100

Consultations offer excellent value in getting a detailed and informed overview of your immigration matter.

If you require further services or assistance you will be given a personalised quotation based on the details reviewed in consultation. You will be given at least a month in which to decide whether or not to engage in the service.

VAT of 23% is charged on all services.

Q: Where is your office?

A: Our office is on the 3rd Floor of 12 Liffey Street Lower, Dublin 1, D01 W9F2. The door is between the Dealz and Game Stop, and we are directly across from Starbucks.

Unfortunately, the office is only accessible by stairs, if you have specific mobility needs,  or would find a large number of steps unmanageable,  please inform us for appropriate alternative arrangements.

You can see the map here.

Q: Can I have a walk-in appointment?

A: No, in order to give quality service to clients all consultations, signings, and follow-ups are scheduled. We see people by appointment only. This includes repeat clients or those with a case currently in progress.
